why does a "shop manager" have to be the one to set up leagues at a particular shop?...i am looking to start one where we all play, and this seems silly.....

Every Phoenix Official League must have a league manager who is responsible for distributing player cards, managing the rescheduling of matches, report any issues, substitutions, and rostered subs, etc. Please contact your location's operator in regards to getting a league started. If he or she cannot help, please send an e-mail to phoenix@dartoo.com.
